Apartment is situated above no.19 High Street in Dulverton and shares
front door access with our other holiday accommodation - Whitehall
Cottage. The front door leads into a large hall which opens into a
shared reception room where you can sit and remove dirty walking boots
before moving into the warmth. There is a payphone in the reception
room and access to the shared laundry, which is equipped with a washing
machine and tumble dryer. The apartment has its own front door from the
reception room and is approached via a standard staircase, protected at
the top by a child's stair gate.
open plan combined living area has a cosy sitting area with a very
large and comfy sofa and armchair. There is a large modern 26 inch TV
and video recorder. Broadband internet via WiFi can be accessed for a
small weekly fee. An electric coal effect stove is provided. The dining
area has a table and four chairs, quality HiFi with USB connection and
a good selection of books and reading material. There is a night storage
heater in this area and a front elevation window facing south
overlooking the High Street.

hobs and griddle, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. This area
also has a front elevation window overlooking the High Street. The
bathroom is located off the sitting area and has a bath with electric
shower over, hand basin, toilet, heated towel rail and airing cupboard
containing the immersion heater.
A travel cot (no bedding provided) and a high chair are included for a baby.
All electricity/power, bed linen and teatowels are included. Towels are available for £5 per person.

DEPOSIT 50% deposit required on booking, balance payable 6 weeks before start of holiday.
HEATING is by electric night storage heaters in each room. The living room also has an electric coal-effect stove.
ELECTRICITY is included.
LINEN All bed linen and tea towels are included (except linen and blankets for the cot). Dishwasher powder,
washing up liquid, toilet rolls, cleaning materials etc. are also included.
TOWELS Available for £5 per person.
PARKING There is on-street parking on the High Street plus 3 public car parks.
SMOKING is not permitted in the apartment.
WIFI is provided free of charge.
DOGS are welcome if well behaved. £10 per week.
